Hello, my name is Phillipe Verdelet. I was born in France, where I began my career as a chef, working for my parents in their hotel. I have worked in restaurants and hotels all over Europe, including as Head Pastry Chef in the ‘K Club’ in Kildare and with Raymond Blanc in the UK.
